This is one of five workshops included in the Spring 2024 Robbie Kienzle Artist Workshops - a series created by the Paseo Arts Association to provide opportunities for artist education on topics for professional development FREE of charge thanks to the Oklahoma Arts Council and National Endowment for the Arts, Community Arts Learning grant funding.

Attendees will get professional recommendations on how to properly frame and mat and prepare their 2D work for hanging/installation at a gallery. They will also learn how to properly ship 2D work and sculptures.

Trent Lawson is an artist and Chief Preparator of the Oklahoma City Museum of Art with 11 years of experience in exhibit and art preparation and shipping. Trent has several years of experience teaching ASK: Exhibition Ready workshops at OVAC.
