April Art Auction with Autism Oklahoma

Spring is blossoming and so are the galleries at the Paseo Arts and Creativity Center! Join us this month to encounter artwork made by Autism Oklahoma Duets, and our Studio Artists! Exhibits will be on view from April 5 through 26, 2024. 

Autism Oklahoma was founded by parents in Oklahoma and they serve children, teens, adults, and families by helping provide safe and supportive opportunities. Their goal is to improve the quality of life and create opportunities for loved ones with autism. 

Galleries I and II will feature artwork made by artists from Autism Oklahoma Duets. Duets is an art show featuring neurodiversity! Two artists, two perspectives, joint art! This year builds on our past three successful shows where we pair up a neurodivergent artist with a neurotypical artist to create an amazing piece of art. This year’s show will also feature some focus art completed by persons on the spectrum. Reception and showcase of the event will be Friday April 5, 6 to 9 with a chance to meet the artists. Some art will be available that evening for immediate purchase. Duets art will be available through an online auction event ending on April 27. 

Gallery III will showcase artwork by Paseo Arts Association Studio Artists! There are ten studio artists in the Paseo Arts and Creativity Center, all specialize in a different style of art. These include oil paints, embroidery, alcohol ink and more. Artists include, Leslie Pace, Debbie Flynn, Sherry Klechka, Terry Clark, Lauri Gormley, Mary Grabow and Roger Garner.
